Salary Range: $22.323 – $27.975 Hourly

Grade: SGEU.05.

In this position at the Paul Dojack Youth Centre, you will provide comprehensive clerical support to several managers and coworkers by typing letters, s and referrals; setting up meetings; taking minutes and photocopying. Your duties will include greeting visitors/contractors, answering telephones and providing information to callers in a professional and respectful manner. You will also process accounts receivable/payables, reconcile trust accounts and enter and verify timecards.
