The Ministry of Agriculture is seeking a highly-motivated, dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join their regional services team in a permanent part-time position (up to 40% of regular, full-time hours). This position is based out of the Kindersley Regional Office.

ing to the Regional Services Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties in the Kindersley Regional Office. Your responsibilities will include providing receptionist duties, assisting clients with general information, and directing clients to appropriate agencies. You will type correspondence and other documents as required. In addition to performing general office duties, you will receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; coordinate outgoing mail; and perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Services Representative. Your work days and/or hours will vary week to week based on coverage needs (allowing employees to access their entitlements like vacation and sick leave) and in accordance with operational needs.

Our candidate of choice will be a strong team player and a self-starter. You will have strong computer skills to create accurate, visually-pleasing documents using a variety of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams. You will be familiar with and effective at implementing office management practices and procedures. You will require the ability to prioritize and accurately complete multiple tasks.
