The Education Funding Branch of the Ministry of Education is seeking a permanent, full-time Administrative Assistant.
Reporting to the Executive Coordinator, your responsibilities will include providing a variety of administrative services to support the management of the Education Funding Branch including assigning casework and referrals; reviewing and editing correspondence; coordinating funding application and reporting processes; supporting professional staff in the coordination, tracking, and review of contracts and Cabinet documents; payment of invoices; and accommodations arrangements.
