The Data and Communications unit, in the Housing Division of the Ministry of Social Services has a challenging opportunity for a professional, collaborative, and self-directed individual who has excellent interpersonal, communication and technical skills for the position of Consultant, Program and Data Integrity.
Who we are:
We are responsible for the development, delivery, improvements of IT systems and data, ensuring the integrity of the systems and maintenance of provincial operational policies and communication for Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC).
We deliver affordable housing across the province through a network of housing authorities and third-party housing providers.

What you will do:
Develop policies and plans to ensure SHC’s information technology and databases align with the short and long term operational goals of the corporation.
Lead the development of an information management strategy.
Liaise for SHC, the Ministry, and multiple parties within and outside government to coordinate projects and initiatives related to the province’s housing network information management system.
Conduct business analysis functions, system audits, identify gaps and issues, develop solutions and recommendations for senior management.
Develop and implement frameworks that ensure data consistency and data quality.
What you will bring:
Ability to consult and communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to gather business requirements and facilitate training sessions.
Significant experience in business and system analysis, system designs, data science, analytics, database management systems, analysis, risk assessment, and project management.
A degree in computer science, software engineering, or relative education combined with professional designation such as PMP, CBAP, Prince2, and database certifications will be an asset.
