The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General is responsible for providing a fair justice system that upholds the law and protects the rights of all individuals in Saskatchewan; promotes safe and secure communities; and provides legal and justice policy advice to assist government.

The Public Guardian and Trustee of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly-organized, energetic individual with excellent organizational and prioritization skills to provide receptionist and accounting duties. This is an interesting and challenging position where you will be performing receptionist duties; pre-audit functions on client expenditures; recording income for clients along with assisting with the opening, scanning and distributing of mail to the staff.

We are looking for a candidate that can work independently but also as a team player; someone who is interested in challenging work and who will treat clients and co-workers with dignity and respect. You will be an energetic and positive individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and will exhibit leadership and professionalism, be responsible and accountable.

The successful candidate will have past experience as a receptionist and have strong accounting and computer skills. This position is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in an office with diverse and interesting work.
