The Skills Training Branch is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized, independent individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Canada-Saskatchewan Job Grant Unit in Regina. Our preferred candidate will bring a customer service orientation, act with integrity and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and innovation.
As the successful candidate, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess strong computer skills with the ability to create accurate, visually pleasing documents using advanced features in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience using OCSM and MIDAS software packages will also be required.
You will prepare, format, and edit documents that include letters, memos, legal documents and process fee payments and prepare financial reports. Other duties include providing reception and general service information; responding to requests related to the CSJG and Re-Skill Saskatchewan Training Subsidy programs; ordering office supplies; maintaining a filing system (working with ARMS and ORS); receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail; taking minutes for meetings; operating and maintaining office equipment; and coding invoices for payment. This position provides backfill to the Administrative Assistant in the Saskatoon CSJG Unit.
