About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including advertising, website and SEO, blogs, email, social media, video and SEM.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing followers and engagement across our key channels- LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
• Create engaging, audience driven content for email campaigns and build emails to increase revenue, open rates, click-through-rates, and reduce unsubscribes
• Create and manage marketing lists
• Create and manage best practice website content that is search engine optimised
• Increase unique website visitors and measure website revenue
• Produce weekly and monthly s on channel and campaign performance
• Proofread and edit marketing materials with close attention to detail
• Provide quality customer service to customers and stakeholders
• Budget management and payment of marketing invoices

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different channels and target audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation and digital marketing tools
• Experience with a CRM and email platform (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Demonstrated copywriting skills
• Previous experience working in an Association is desirable but not essential
