Currently seeking a Marketing Manager, this is an opportunity to work in a close knit and dynamic team.

The Role:

Monday – Friday, we are looking for a talented individual to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and the ability to work as a team. You will complete all agent and brand marketing to continue their awareness in the market place. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinate all marketing, advertising and PR activities
• Prepare and upload property ads
• Brand marketing for the office
• Manage print and digital platforms including website management – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
• Property marketing and agent marketing
• Ensure all advertising and bookings are made
• Coordinate all in-house marketing tools i.e magazines, office brochures, plans, boards, flyers
• Newsletter distribution and distribute electronically
• Managing weekly/monthly e-newsletters, flyers and mail outs

The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate experience is highly advantageous
• Campaign Track experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail is a must!
• Excellent communication and computer literacy
• Hardworking individual with a good eye for detail
• Ability to manage a team
• The ability to think outside the square
