Product Management at GoTo

As the Staff Product Manager, you will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional teams (Solution Engineering, Marketing, Care etc.) across the company to drive the product strategy and execution for GoTo Contact Centre. You will be a senior part of the team, helping to define the vision and growth of our Contact Centre business and be a key stakeholder in its success. Your Day to Day

As a Staff Product Manager, you would be working on:

• Expertly understanding and communicating the Contact Centre vision to all levels both internally to GoTo and externally to Partners, Customers, and prospects.
• Partnering closely and engaging consistently with the product group’s marketing, sales, and care leaders to develop go-to-market strategies to win in targeted customer segments.
• Working with regional teams to define, understand and coordinate prioritized feedback to inform the Product Strategy and Execution.
• Partnering with Business Development to identify key partnerships to help drive awareness and differentiating offerings in the marketplace.
• Be a strong voice for Contact Centre in our Global business, representing it internally to stakeholders and externally in the marketplace. Interface with analysts and attend/present at key conferences. Educate customers, prospects, and partners about our product releases, priorities, and vision.

What We’re Looking For

As a Staff Product Manager, your background will look like:

• BA or BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related discipline desired.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience. (Ideally 3 years of this work experience should be in Senior Product Management/Senior Sales/Senior SE/Senior Consultant roles and 3 or more of these years will be at a software-as-a-service company.)
• Proven visionary who understands highly technical products and is experienced at influencing engineers and making product trade-offs, specifically on Contact Centre products.
• Demonstrated track record of success working with broad cross-functional teams with ability to sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, analysts, and partners.
• Strong understanding of the end-user, including end-user experience driving mass adoption.
