Director of Human Resources
Gothenburg Health is seeking an experienced human resource professional to lead the HR function. This role has overall responsibility for talent management, total reward, employee relations, and human resource process. The HR Director is responsible for directing the human resource strategy in a way that adheres to the Gothenburg mission, vision, and values.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues
• Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs
• Administer comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
• Provide leadership within the HR function by assuring talent acquisition and retention, career development, and employee advocacy
• Develop, monitor, and update HR policies for company management, supervisors, and employees.
• Manage compliance obligations related to company policies, industry requirements, employment law and investigations, and audits.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related academic field and three to five years of progressively responsible human resource experience. Applicants must have substantial knowledge and expertise in human resource management including employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee advocacy and HR technology.
