We currently have an opportunity for an inspirational and highly motivated Senior Learning Mentor to join our hardworking and committed team.

We are looking for a committed, hard-working, enthusiastic Senior Learning Mentor, who will have a significant impact in our aspirational school. They should be passionate about making a difference to the lives of children with a range of needs and dedicated to maximising achievement; have high expectations of behaviour and learning through a nurturing, restorative approach, to help ensure that every child reaches their full potential. Flexibility and patience are important skills for someone wanting to join our amazing school.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of activities including:

• developing 1:1 and small group mentoring programmes

• safeguarding responsibilities

• family liaison, encouraging parental involvement

• working collaboratively with external agencies

• individual learning support within the classroom

• working alongside colleagues to manage and support attendance
