Gordon Digital Hiring for Paid Media Specialist at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Full Time

We’re searching for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with a focus on Google Ads and Meta products, to join our team, bringing with them a strong technical and strategic approach to paid media as well as some flare for scroll stopping creative.

The Role

As a performance media specialist you will be responsible for leading and managing paid media campaigns across various platforms for a portfolio of lead generation clients. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategy, driving engagement, and optimising campaigns to achieve outstanding performance for our clients.

• Planning and execution of strategy & implementation across Google Ads,, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Pinterest;
• Consulting with clients to understand their business and translate that into a strategy that will achieve their objectives. Combining data and common sense to make informed decisions on campaigns;
• Providing data rich campaign performance insights & recommendations;
• Campaign audits & strategy reviews;
• Strong capabilities and experience with various digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other industry platforms;
• Strong communication skills working with both internal/external stakeholders

About You

• 4+ years digital marketing experience with a preference given to Paid Media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn)
• Experience in content creation is preferred as well
• Client-facing Account Management experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
• Strong time management and organisation skills.
• The ability to build rapport with peers and clients, and work well within a team environment. You will need to be able to meet with your clients and communicate your strategy, process, and results. Experience with client-facing ing is a necessity.
• Strong data and analytical ability which is used to question and investigate patterns with a critical eye and develop strategies and insights from this analysis.
• Google Ads and meta certifications will be looked upon favourably
