As a Customer Onboarding and Service Specialist, your role is to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for customers as they onboard and begin using our products or services. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process, providing support and assistance, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey. Additionally, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding:

• Guide customers through the onboarding process, explaining the steps and requirements.
• Assist customers in setting up accounts, profiles, or necessary configurations.
• Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Address any concerns or questions related to onboarding promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve the onboarding process.

Customer Service:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer questions or issues.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or supervisors.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services based on customer needs.

Documentation and ing:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Document customer feedback, issues, and resolutions in the appropriate systems.

Order Processing

• As needed, responsible for assisting in order processing functions.

Requirements

1. An associate degree or higher. Bachelor’s preferred.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft products.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
