Gopuff is seeking a Field Recruiter to work at our London location or remotely. As part of Gopuff’s growing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and sourcing candidate applications across a multitude of departments and divisions within the organization.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 – 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably from an agency environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements constantly change.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and competitive with a positive attitude.
- Proven success in an accountability-based culture.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and organization skills
- Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems.
- Moderate Excel and data entry experience.
Responsibilities
- Successfully manage candidate sourcing and evaluation based on candidate experience, skills, goals, and competencies to determine best fit for role and organization.
- Manage the agent job requisition process (open and close hiring requisitions) and monitor for compliance.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring needs based on anticipated volume.
- Develop and grow relationships with leaders in the field.
- As required, plan and participate in successful recruitment events supporting targeted needs of the organization.
- Send out reports on the progress of assigned hiring requisitions.
- Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
