Goose Ridge Vineyards is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at our Benton City, WA office. We are looking for a bright, friendly individual that will not only assist visitors, but will also be a team player for our fast-growing company. You need to be able to multitask and be a line of support to our many other employees. This person will be the glue that helps us run smoothly and efficiently.

position Summary:

The Receptionist is responsible for the front desk operations of the business and will be responsible for opening the office, closing the office, help directing visitors, answering, and directing calls, receiving, and disbursing freight, and assisting with front office tasks. The Receptionist will also provide general support to the Office Manager.

Essential Functions:
·Greeting visitors and taking messages
·Answer and direct phone calls
·Scanning, filing, and distributing incoming mail
·Maintaining a clean, neat, and professional work environment
·Other duties as assigned by manager
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
