Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, creatives, and media.
- Experience managing projects or programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence.
- Experience in training/development, instructional design, capability building, or related areas.
- Experience dealing with ambiguity and managing initiatives.
- Ability to work between details and higher level implications of critical business issues.
- Ability to understand and absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
- Excellent project management, problem solving, analysis, business acumen, and communication skills.
About the job
The Partner Sales Solutions team is in charge of building, growing, and scaling solutions for Agencies and Marketing Partners at a global level. We partner with agencies at the global level but also cover new partners such as system integrators, consultancies, global independent agencies, and auditors. We also partner with cross-functional partner teams such as regional sales, finance, product Go-To-Market, and development teams.
As a Scaled Education and Communications Specialist, you will be in charge of driving our activation strategies with global agencies and partners. Our scaled education focus will cover all our product areas. You will also be required to cover our internal and external communications.
Our Global Clients & Agency Solutions team helps serve some of the world’s largest brands. Our dedicated teams of marketing and advertising specialists use their unique skill sets to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We aspire to advise our clients on all aspects of their online business strategy. Using Google’s broad range of products, we help our clients connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a unified and consistent external communications approach.
- Facilitate internal communications to grow our impact across the organization.
- Orchestrate the team’s presence at strategic industry events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create a proposal for scaled education Go-To-Market strategy and identify gaps or opportunities in our current content offering.
- Define clear success measurement and identify processes/tools to monitor progress.
