Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Epitaxy semiconductor processing.
- Experience with semiconductor wafer processing.
- Experience with operations of metrology tools and measurements.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in semiconductor processing, specifically in epitaxial crystal growth.
- Experience with Aixtron, Veeco, or TNSC reactors.
- Experience working in a Epitaxy Fab and related technical environment.
- Knowledge of general process control.
- Familiarity with daily operation of an epitaxial deposition chamber.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,500-$131,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Process equipment operation, material characterization, and process monitoring.
- Collect process data to support development and operations.
- Work with engineers to conduct tests and experiments that support process improvement or process development.
- Perform transactions in MES for tracking wafers in the process through the Epitaxy area.
- Perform set-up, calibration, and minor routine preventative maintenance.
