THE ROLE

As a HR Undergraduate you will be given the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of the department, whilst utilising the knowledge you have gained on your course. You will be working alongside our experienced and skilled Human Resources team, and will play a key role in investigating current best practices, maintaining high standards and recommending improvements to HR processes.

The HR department offers a range of services to the business, including Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Fleet Management, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management and Training & Development. This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to develop your knowledge and skills of HR, in an exciting and fast-paced environment!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will be studying a Human Resources or Business-related degree and expect to achieve a minimum 2:1 upon graduation

Excellent IT skills, in particular in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Understanding of general HR practice, such as employment law, recruitment and selection, etc.

Confident approach to tasks

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Full UK driving licence as travel will be required

Excellent time management with the ability to work to deadlines

Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally

High attention to detail

Excellent analytical skills

An interest in the automotive industry would be desirable
