As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President of Sales plays a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies aimed at driving substantial revenue growth. VP Of Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
• Lead forecasting and ing on progress to targets
• Oversee customer acquisition distribution and sales team enablement
• Coach and mentor Sales team to improve efficiency and exceed goals
• Resolve critical customer and personnel problems professionally

VP Of Sales Requirements

• 10+ years sales leadership experience, at least 5 years directly managing sales
• Proven track record successfully leading high value sales teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in the luxury goods industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
