Seeking a talent acquisition expert who can find exceptional talent to work for our client’ s expanding business. You will analyze job descriptions, interview candidates, and estimate future staffing needs. You may be tasked with promoting the company name through recruitment-related activities and events. Travel required, as new stores open in the US and possible in PR.

Talent Acquisition Expert Responsibilities:

• Determining qualifications for open positions, candidate profiles, and job descriptions
• Finding potential employees by using online resources like job boards, social media, and recruitment websites
• Facilitating communication with management on hiring needs
• Using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage the hiring process
• Conducting phone and email interviews to screen resumes and prepare for in-person interviews
• Creating a set of interview questions and meeting potential hires in person or via video call
• As part of strategic preparation, the company will develop hiring projections.
• Maintaining detailed records and maintaining positive connections with applicants, both new and old, are essential
• Adapting hiring methods to meet the changing workforce landscape
• Deepening knowledge of current trends in the industry

Talent Acquisition Expert Requirements:

• Certification in HR Management or related field, or a Bachelor’ s degree in HR
• Have worked in talent acquisition or related fields for at least two to three years
• Credential from the HR Certification Institute is helpful
• Knowledge of ATS like Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit is a plus
• Capability to interact with various internal groups and create hiring plans and candidate profiles
• Expertise of effective online job boards that draw in qualified candidates
• Talented skill in evaluating applicants, selecting the most qualified, and interviewing.
• Skilled in promoting the company’ s image and fostering productive working relationships with prospective employees.
• Superb abilities in talking to and understanding others

Job Title Compensation and Benefits:
