The role is not a remote opportunity and includes up to 60% travel. Travel is mostly in the midwest and Florida.

Talent Acquisition – Recruiter Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting for restaurant leadership
- Experience posting content on social media regarding hiring needs
- Passion for finding and bringing together dynamic individuals and strong talent
- Self-motivated individual who is driven to succeed
- Experience sourcing talent through job fairs, cold calls, social media platforms, job boards, and community events
- Scheduling and conducting of interviews and organization of ATS
