Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements
- Five or more years recruiting in restaurants in any segment
- Experience posting content on social media regarding hiring needs
- Self-motivated individual who is driven to succeed
- Previous and proven experience sourcing talent through job fairs, cold calls, social media platforms, job boards, and community events
- Scheduling of interviews and organization of ATS
Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview Restaurant Management/Leadership candidates for all restaurant locations
- Keep Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida markets staffed with a continued pipeline of candidates
- Meet deadlines for openings and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the team and the community
- Conduct reference checks, schedule drug screens, post job ads
- Work with a sense of urgency while prioritizing needs
