Goodwin Recruiting Hiring for Social Media Manager Full Time
We are looking for someone who demonstrates passion for hospitality and dedication to company values and customer service. They are a diverse organization that provides the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a detailed and creative Social Media Manager who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound social channels.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Creating/ scheduling social media feeds, weekly photo/ video shoots on site, tracking and analyzing performance/ growth, and ensuring all marketing material is in line with brand identity
- Manage and maintain venue’ s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Create and deliver content that can be used across multi-channels
Social Media Manager Qualifications:
- Proven work history in a Social Media Manager related role in Hospitality & Entertainment (NOT product sales)
- 2-4 years of equivalent experience
- Experience using data and analytics to leverage strategy and decision-making.
- Master of advertising platforms such as Facebook/Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc
- Must be able to work night and weekend events in high-energy venues
- Previous experience conducting and managing photoshoots
- Degree in Marketing preferred
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus
