Director of Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Find ways to attract passive candidates
  • Provide guidance to hotel hiring managers on recruitment, staffing, policies, and procedures
  • Be in charge of all recruitment events including college and university recruiting events
  • Host and attend job fairs with hiring managers
  • Remain current in recruiting trends and always come up with new ways to improve efficiency in recruiting


Director of Talent Acquisition Requirments:

  • Bachelor s Degree or Associates Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • 5+ years as a previous Director of Talent Acquisition required is a high-volume setting
  • Professional, well-organized, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with iCIMS is highly desirable
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong customer service skills
