Director Of Sales Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in business administration, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in CPG, QSR foodservice industry or convenience retail channel
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for business growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
