We are seeking an Account Coordinator for our rapidly growing furniture company. Our ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator provide a high level of customer service and support to the OE Account Executive, Designer, and Project Manager and keep the client s projects on track. Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotes and budget proposals
  • Work directly with the Sales, Design and Project Management to coordinate orders
  • Ensure accuracy on all client quotes/orders
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and the internal furniture team
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detailed-oriented tasks
  • Execute weekly updates with team members on all existing projects and quotes
  • Strong communication skills, must work well in a team environment
  • Accurately invoice clients, work with accounting to ensure invoices are complete and sent to the appropriate contacts


Account Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Commercial Furniture Industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
