About the Position

Goodwin Living is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing talent acquisition initiatives across a broad range of departments; as well as sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates while providing exceptional levels of service along the way.

Talent Acquisition

• Build and nurture key talent pipeline: using recruitment marketing campaigns, internal referral networks, and other creative sourcing strategies to engage talent.
• Forecast and remain proactive to potential recruitment challenges.
• Implement a proactive recruitment strategy to achieve varying staffing requirements for current positions and future business.

Recruitment

• Partners with human resources team, senior management and hiring teams to develop the candidate profile, identify selection criteria, and define/guide the workflow process.
• Maintains regular contact with hiring managers and department heads to identify current staffing needs and requirements, projected openings, and potential new openings.
• Design job requisitions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and are optimized for candidate engagement.
• Conducts initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates as requested.
• Evaluates skill level, conducts efficient and professional interview process, and drives offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing of candidates including collecting initial hiring paperwork and documentation.
• Acts as a candidate advocate and provide all candidates with an exceptional experience, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 -3 years of experience in recruiting, general HR experience a plus.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, Planner) and SharePoint.
