Position Summary
Schedules and dispatches drivers and related assets region wide providing superior customer satisfaction. Ensures zero product and equipment loss. Completes accurate and timely data entry of information related to inventory, drivers, vehicles, trailers, and pool cars.
Essential Duties

1. Uses databases to monitor and check inventory and asset locations.
2. Creates efficiencies in driver routes using analytical software.
3. Coordinates equipment service and maintenance needs between Transportation and service providers.
4. Assists in keeping accurate DOT information on file and process billings for the Logistics department.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred. Will consider a combination of education and work experience.

- 2 Years’ experience in dispatch or similar experience preferred.

- Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check and sex offender check.

- Ability to operate PC and databases required. Experience with current Microsoft Office systems preferred.
