Duties/Requirements:

  • Review and process daily deposits Enter journal entries into Accounting log
  • Ensure collections are done Process pre pay customers (credit card charges)
  • Process incoming orders for temps Process weekly invoicing and credits
  • Resolve any invoicing issues such as incorrect rates, incorrect hours, etc.
  • Collect purchase orders for incoming orders and monitor usage
  • Process status changes for temps Complete certified payroll reports for invoicing
  • Process account requests Must be able to multi-task with excellent eye for detail Excellent customer service skills (via phone and in-person)
  • Must understand and communicate clearly in English Scan and file weekly invoicing and timesheets
  • Proficiency with Lotus and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform other related duties as needed
