An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, you will inspire our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in delivery of the national Talent Acquisition strategy. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning you will focus on achieving our delivery goals providing Australia’s children with the best start in life. Your success will be underpinned by coaching and developing a high performing TA team whom undertake end to end talent acquisition activities in a fast-paced high-volume environment. You will be a hands-on strategic thinker who can lead, develop and implement innovative approaches to attract and retain Early Childhood professionals.

We are offering a full time permanent position with a competitive package for the right person. This role can be based Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, with your team geographically dispersed across Australia.

About you

You are results orientated with experience working in a high volume fast paced environment, as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Your ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders underpins your way of working to achieve team outcomes. You are an inspirational leader who has extensive experience across strategic sourcing, candidate attraction and engagement programs.
