Your role

Certificate III or Diploma ACECQA recognized qualifications

Hold a current First Aid qualification

Fixed term part time position

25hrs/wk in the kindergarten room with potential for more hours

Experienced and confident with programming and observation

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and national Quality Standard

Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing

Passionate Educators who are driven by their desire to provide quality learning experiences

Willingness to learn and be a part of the team

Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engage and supervise the children at all times

Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families

Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
