At Goodstart Mount Helen, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Educator who is committed to helping children learn the skills they need for school and life.

About our Centre

120 place centre, situated in a beautiful suburb of Ballarat, off the busy road, with wonderful views from our playground and plenty of greenery.

Work with a highly skilled Director and experienced team

Lots of outdoor play space with sandpits, climbing frames, vege patches, worm farms, and lots of shade.

Your role

Hold at a Diploma level early childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)

Hold a current First Aid qualification

Full Time 38 hours per week – rotating 4-week roster

Permanent Position floating

Responsibilities

Actively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans

Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children and the centre team

Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
