Good&Proper Hiring for Social and Content Producer at Australia Full Time

Hello! We’re on the lookout for a super creative and go-getting junior/mid Social and Content Producer to work across our range of exceptional (and exceptionally friendly) purpose-led and/or climate-aligned clients for 2-3 days per week (negotiable).

As our new Social and Content Producer, you’ll be responsible for a chunk of Good&Proper’s social, newsletter and digital output. You’ll ideally have a background in marketing, digital journalism and/or advertising copywriting, and have a knack for crafting copy and creative that conveys big ideas in small spaces.

We’re looking for someone who can take a story and serve it up for use (and maximum impact) across a variety of platforms. An expert handle on the written word is non-negotiable, as is a keen eye for design. Experience across most of the major social (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and newsletter platforms would be ideal. Experience using Figma, Canva, Lightroom and other basic editing/production/design software will be looked upon favourably (but can also be learned on the job 😊)

Working closely as part of a small, versatile and v. friendly team, this is a hands-on creative role spanning a little bit of copy, a little bit of design, a little bit of video and a little bit of community management, and will suit someone who is more or less into the idea of a hands-on creative role. Good&Proper is still a young company, and we’re looking to hire people who can help shape and grow the organisation with us. We are here for both a good time and a long time.

The ideal candidate will be Australia-based and happy to work remotely. Hybrid options also available for Melbourne-based candidates.
