POSITION OVERVIEW

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Experience:

• HR Subject Matter Expert with proven experience in the Government Contracting Industry
• Experience in Human Resources and Recruiting positions
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
• Hands-on experience with various Human Resources Management Systems
• Must have a strong service minded focus and ability to work well within a team
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting department
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Management.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Lead all sourcing strategies for various programs and portfolios
• Prepare and evaluate the annual recruitment budget
• Oversee the stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
• Participate in and host recruitment events
• Develop a network of potential/future hires
• Measure key recruitment metrics

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 10 years related work experience required.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
