About the Role:

An opportunity for a challenging and rewarding role as a Marketing, Communications & Brand Manager with our Melbourne CBD corporate catering and event company is now available. You will work closely with the directors and sales manager to ensure alignment with brand vision.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in marketing leadership positions, overseeing all marketing, brand and campaigns activities
• Ability to develop and implement brand strategy and marketing plans to support the organisational strategy and support the delivery of growth targets
• Experience in media and reputation management
• Strong understanding of digital, social and traditional channels to drive growth and engagement
• Develop advertising strategies and budgets for key channels (LinkedIn, Google)
• Data led and informed marketer, with demonstrated success in measurable strategies and efforts
• Ability to build and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates clear decision-making skills with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in all areas.
• Highly organised and efficient, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Large company discipline, small company entrepreneurial attitude

This role will work in a hybrid capacity but with a commitment to do 50% of your work per week in our offices and facilities. We can offer flexibility in terms of hours/days working (could suit school hours). The role is a permanent part time position 16 hours per week with a view to increase. We would be open to a contractor arrangement if preferred.
