Goodgift, Inc. (an upper-market building and remodeling contractor, serving the south Denver metro area to Colorado Springs) is looking for a motivated, hard working small-office manager to help grow our business to the next level. This is a fullI time position with a variety of responsibilities and the authority to get things done. This is a newly created position in the company. The person hired will be helping to create this job and job responsibilities.
Strong organizational and task management skills are essential. But, construction industry experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is decisive, can take charge and make things happen when they need to happen. Job duties include:
General Office: Answer phones and respond to emails with professionalism. Schedule appointments, manage calendars and support our team. Keep track of our and our subcontractors’ licensing and insurance compliance.
Financial: Basic Quickbooks bookkeeping, invoicing, paying subcontractors and suppliers, working with our accounting firm in preparing end-of-month and end-of-year financials. It’s not complicated or difficult, but consistency and accuracy matter. We will provide training on our Quickbooks software.
Process: Learn and become proficient using our construction management software . Work with the project management team to continually refine and improve our utilization of this powerful software. We will provide training on this software.
Administrative and Project Management Support: Sourcing product. Placing product orders. Following up on orders. Scheduling material deliveries. Provide administrative support for project management, job site employees and subcontractors. Work with our project management team and various building departments to submit permit applications and follow through on securing building permits. We will provide training on this.
Marketing Support: Schedule photography to capture completed project photos. Work with project management and customers to capture project stories and customer testimonials. Coordinate and execute ongoing, periodic marketing communications with our past customers. Coordinating neighborhood targeted marketing efforts. Maintain our website (no technical skill required).

Starting compensation will be determined based on the experience and skills of the “best fit” candidate.
