We are looking for the next Sales Star to join our US office; we need this person to use their sales strategies to develop our Key Accounts to continue to grow our business in the US. This is the job brief but we are looking for some life science experience either at degree level or experience gained from selling into our markets.

The Job:
The role of the Key Account Manager is to create opportunities to grow business within their assigned customer base, as well as prospecting for and supporting the development of new or high potential customers. Through managing a portfolio of customers, they will support (and be supported by) other Account Managers in their region and work closely as a team.
The Account Manager would be expected to meet with assigned customers both virtually and in-person while working to sales targets while maximizing both margins and gross sales. The position will require frequent travel within the US with occasional travel internationally.
There will also be an expectation that the job holder will work with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director as well as other members of the sales team to contribute to the strategy and direction of the Sales function.
