We are looking for a results oriented Retail Sales Leader who knows the market and will drive sales performance in our stores. The District Sales Manager will serve as a member of the Sales Leadership Team and to our Regional Sales Manager.

Backgrounds that transition easily to our business includes consultative sales environments like Mattress Professionals, Furniture, Weight Loss Centers and Jewelry. With that said, if you are a sales leader/driver and love consultative selling this position could be for you.

5+ years of Multi-Unit Sales Management required.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire and train new team members
• Hold staff accountable for performance standards
• Coach and develop team members in your stores to continue to improve, while preparing them to take on new roles and responsibilities
• Participate in a team environment to ensure high levels of efficiency and increase overall sales
• Establish and maintain high standards of quality customer service
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and comfort with results
• Inventory Control
• Grow The Good Feet Store brand in the assigned area
• Establish and maintain relationships with medical providers, high volume employers and other service industry groups
• Track metrics to measure success and develop strategies to improve the experience with our guest

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00+ per year
