General Summary : Gonzaba Medical Group (GMG) is seeking a creative and talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and innovative designs for our various GMG social media platforms.
The role requires a keen eye for visual design, a strong understanding of current design trends, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content.
Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.General Requirements : All duties performed will be done accurately and in a timely manner.
Create eye-catching and innovative visual content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
that aligns with the brand identity and marketing goals.Develop and design graphics, illustrations, animations, and other visual elements for social media campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that resonate with the target audience.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms.Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design output and effectiveness.
Compile and analyze s to track account growth, community engagement, and campaign success.Works collaboratively to execute event promotions that generate interest and meet attendance goals for events.
Essential Job Responsibilities : Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific design requirements.
Attend assigned marketing events at various locations to capture content for social media.This position requires driving a company vehicle or a personal vehicle;
therefore, employee must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess, and maintain a current valid Texas Driver License, and proof of current insurance to be subject for mileage reimbursement.
Must maintain strict confidentiality.Other duties as assigned.Education and Training : Minimum high school education or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience of three or more years of experience in communications, social media, marketing, and graphic design preferred.
Experience : Proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social media design creating social media content for a diverse range of audiences.
Three to five years related experience in digital advertisement and managing marketing campaigns preferred. Possess strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs specifically tailored for social media preferred.
Other Requirements : Computer Skills : Proficient in Adobe CC Programs : InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Spark, After Effects, Acrobat, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Microsoft software as well as other digital and animation programs.
Work Environment : Depending upon the area assigned, maybe 100% clinical setting, office setting in a clinical environment, or outdoors.
Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
Works in conditions of heat, cold, wet, dust, and rain conditions.Occasional evening or weekend work.Mental / Physical Requirements : Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs.
