Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable Orthodontic Office Manager to join our growing practice and oversee the smooth operations of our orthodontic practice! As an integral part of our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our administrative processes and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Dental/Orthodontic experience is preferred but not required. Our patient-centered care is top-notch, so please do not apply unless you can provide a polished, professional presentation on a daily basis. We are located in 3 convenient locations. This position is a full time position. No weekends. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity for growth.
Orthodontist Office Manager Qualifications:
-Dental/Orthodontic experience preferred
– Punctual, consistent, and reliable in performance
– Professional attitude and appearance
– Listening, Communication, and Phone skills is a must
– Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
– Able to handle challenging situations while multitasking and the proper decision making
– Confident and positive in spirit and presentation at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $32.00 per hour
