About the Role:

As a Production Manager you will be responsible for producing sold roofing projects. 75% of your time will be at the office and 25% on the road or on a job site. The responsibilities of this role include;

• Setting weekly goals with the team and owner to drive year end production targets
• Reviewing and approving projects from sales
• Scheduling roofing projects
• Leading roofing crews to complete high quality jobs on budget
• Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Organizing material orders, crews, equipment and bin deliveries for job commencement
• Completing quality inspections upon completion of projects
• Coordinating with our driver to transport material and close out projects
• Acting as an integral part of the team and running your day to day like this is your own business
• Being a strong contributor to the company and aiding the team to hit company goals

• Experience in the roofing industry an asset
• Comfortable with working at heights and climbing a ladder
• Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary
• Valid G Drivers License

Compensation and Perks:

• Salary + Bonuses + Benefits + Gas Card and Cellphone allowance – $65,000-$85,000
• Company truck will be provided
