Duties include:

• Building API integrations with multiple products
• Architecting applications for business systems
• Building and configuring the Zoho applications to meet the client’s specifications
• Working as a jointly with the rest of the Project team on the various customer projects
• Supporting clients to provide them with an understanding of how the product works
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn new skills
• Good problem solving skills for support, functions and APIs
• Create good documentation for both internal and external use
• Understand the product and customer profiles for each project you work on
• Working within an agile environment

Requirements of the role:

• Understanding of Agile development
• HTML/CSS
• Some SQL knowledge
• Javascript, PHP or another programming language
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organisation skills
