Office Assistant
Gold’s Gym is looking for an outgoing person to work in our back office handling customer service and clerical tasks. Job is Monday thru Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 3pm.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :
Communicating with members
Data Entry – maintaining and entering information into our database
Answering phone calls and emails
Managing files
Responding to members in a timely and efficient manner
Deposits
Performing general office clerk duties
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED
Typing
Knowledge in Word and Excel
Professional and courteous customer service a must.
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Work well with others
Excellent communication and organizational skills
