GoldOller Real Estate Investments Hiring for Talent Coordinator at Columbus, OH Full Time

Under the direction of the Director of HR, the Talent Coordinator finds and recruits future employees for the company. This position will include occasional travel throughout the GoldOller Portfolio, planning of job fairs, multifamily career market research and identifying candidates. This position will also include ing, best practices, marketing, and social media outreach, and networking at local multifamily apartment association events.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Post open positions to job boards and track the progress of recruitment efforts.
• Review applications received for requisitions positions.
• Assist managers in the review of the applications they receive for their open positions.
• Identify qualified talent internally or externally.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
• Conduct resume searches on job boards and other resources to source candidates for open positions.
• Create a database of candidates in each market.
• Manage high volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and search partner relationships, ongoing pipelining.
• Plan, coordinate, manage and lead job fairs.
• Deliver a high-energy and professional approach to recruiting multi-family candidates in all positions.
• Determine candidate suitability by assessing relevant multi-Family experience, education, skills, and cultural fit.
• Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of New Hire candidates.
• Stays abreast of the multi-Family hiring market, monitors and manages compensation analytics, personnel budgeting, and forecasting future trends.
• Partner with other departments to ensure good communication.
• Build strong relationships and interact regularly with local Apartment Associations and related networking groups.
• Based on networking and research, provide good quality market intelligence regarding the recruitment market, and build a pipeline/database of future talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sources provided.
• Implement the best candidate sourcing data-driven strategy.
• Deliver quality full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, closing, and executing the offer with the candidate and hiring manager.
• Identify and develop the most appropriate sourcing approaches to ensure the business places the best possible candidates into vacancies while ensuring time-to-fill targets are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skill Requirements

• Knowledge of Management policies and procedures, particularly as they pertain to property management.
• Knowledge of laws and standards that apply to property management, such as Fair Housing Laws, Landlord Tenant laws, and local and state building codes.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, fire prevention, and liability reduction principles.
• Knowledge of basic office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Knowledge of the principles of management and supervision.
• Knowledge of the operation of the Management computer system and software.
• Knowledge of mathematics sufficient to perform calculations required for summarizing rent collections, making deposits, and rent adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and guidelines to make sound decisions.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise s and make appropriate recommendations within the scope of responsibility.
• Ability to use basic office equipment such as telephone, fax, copier, and computer.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to generate records, receipts, and s efficiently using a calculator and the computer system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, superiors, residents, community service agencies, and the public.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple demands to accomplish tasks in accordance with established requirements.
• Skilled in analyzing situations to identify problems and offer possible solutions.
• Skilled in communicating with all types of people in a wide variety of situations.
• Must exude a professional demeanor with an energetic and positive approach to the delivery of company culture.

Qualifications for this Position

• Minimum of two years’ experience in property management, preferably with a recruiting background.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Neat, clean, and appropriate appearance.
• Valid Driving License and automobile insurance.
• Must provide an automobile for local job related travel and pickup.
• Able to travel to multiple sites and out of state: weekly, overnight, for extended periods of time.
• Work some weekends, as needed.
