Goldmark Property Management Hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Fargo, ND Full Time

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-life-cycle of recruitment for Goldmark Property Management and Sterling Management LLC. It includes posting job requisitions, strategically sourcing candidates, managing applicants, calculating competitive offers and onboarding paperwork. This role is both hands-on and strategic, while providing expertise in areas of talent acquisition, employee retention & development. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner must have extensive knowledge of how to source, recruit and hire top talent, while being able to articulate the importance of each of these steps to operational hiring leaders to ensure consistency and meeting EEOC guidelines.

Starting pay $56,000 annually (or more based on experience).
This position is a full-time, in-person position located at our home office in Fargo, ND.

Job Duties Include:

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions and job logistics are created, and requisitions are posted.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies for both the organization as a whole and individual jobs to ensure quality and quantity of applicants for all open jobs. Sourcing strategies may include both long and short term initiatives to attract talented applicants.
• Manage recruitment by guiding potential applicants and new hires through the new job creation, requisition, and hiring processes end-to-end.
• Ensure the new job creation, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process is consistent among all hiring managers from candidate selection to final approval of hire.
• Assist, develop, and maintain internal communication dashboards related to recruiting.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to educate them on effective ways to select top talent while supporting them through the new job creation, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process.
• Strengthen our employer brand proposition and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to sell the organization and create a consistent and engaging candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges, universities, high schools, and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants. It may also include attending job/career fairs with appropriate leaders and/or team members to generate market awareness.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related subject preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of human resource experience in a professional environment, preferably in talent acquisition
• Deep knowledge of talent acquisition programs and experience with candidate sourcing efforts
• Familiar with Talent Management Systems or ATS systems or willingness to learn new technologies
