Golding is currently seeking a Recruitment Advisor for a six month fixed term contract to join our team located in Milton. Reporting to the Recruitment Superintendent, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment for workforce and staff roles.
Proven in-house experience within the resources sector is highly preferred. Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with internal key clients and stakeholders is essential. This position offers flexible working hours and the ability to work from home.
Key role tasks:

• Daily short-listing of candidates ready for site approval;
• Televeting & reference checking of Operators and Maintenance Trades as well as staff roles;
• Recruitment administration and effective records management ;
• Organisation of medicals and site inductions;
• Provide effective recruitment service to on-site hiring managers throughout the end to end recruitment cycle;
• Provide progress reports and analysis on recruitment activities.

Key capability requirements:

• HR or other relevant qualification is preferred;
• Previous in-house experience recruiting for blue collar / high volume mining roles is preferred;
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective recruitment advice and services to Managers;
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities;
• High level analytical skills; and
• High level computer skills in Microsoft Office and recruitment applications.
