EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – Social Media Coordinator

The Goldfields Aboriginal Business Chamber Inc. (GABC) is currently exploring opportunities to enhance our online presence and optimise our digital communication strategy.  

The GABC is looking to engage a First Nations business to establish and implement a robust, long term social media marketing strategy, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.  

We would also like to explore the option of having the successful applicant write, design, and distribute a new monthly member newsletter through MailChimp.  

Strategy implementation will include content creation that aligns with our organisational goals and resonates with our members. 

Scope of Work: 

Social Media Marketing: Develop a strategic social media marketing schedule for LinkedIn and Facebook. This includes recommendations on budgets and spends, content creation, and post scheduling to maximise engagement and reach our target audience. 

Monthly Member Newsletter: Write, design, and distribute a monthly member newsletter via MailChimp, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligns with GABC’s objectives. 

Additional items: Any additional costs or considerations that may arise during the course of the project.

Approach and Methodology: 

Outline your planned approach and methodology for executing the work. 

Quote 

Provide a fixed cost and estimated timeline for strategy development. 

Provide an hourly rate and estimated monthly cost for social media and newsletter works.  

References: 

Provide references from a previous client or clients for whom you have performed similar services who can speak to your work.
