The Skill Set:

Goldfein, LLC offers different claims positions to allow you to gain valuable knowledge and skills without requiring previous industry experience.

What You Will Do:

Areas of contribution may include, but are not limited to:

• Handle high inbound call volume for English and Spanish speaking customers while navigating multiple systems at a time
• Professionally communicate to assist and educate customers throughout the claim process, and de-escalate as needed
• Use problem solving and critical thinking to assist customers efficiently and effectively
• Maintain adaptability, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn
• Contribute to a collaborative, high volume, fast-paced environment
• Meet and exceed expectations through being detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Requirements:

• Work authorization in the United States and based in the US
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check, conducted in accordance with local law/regulations, before beginning work.
• Candidates must have their own computer/laptop with minimum specs of 8gb RAM, i5 3.0GHz and 256gb SSD (not HHD), Windows 10, dual monitors, headset, high-speed internet, and a webcam
• Retail or restaurant experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
