Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience required,

Experience with writing and drafting routine documents, such as articles and reports

Experience with maintaining databases and formatting data

Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Blackboard, web-based surveys and databases; ability to produce reports incorporating tables and graphs, utilizing databases

Willingness to learn to use new equipment and technology, follow new protocols, etc. when adopted by the Department

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities and projects with conflicting deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and high quality

Ability to work professionally with highly confidential information is necessary

Ability to work independently as well as a team member
