Golden Windows Ltd Hiring for Service Technician Assistant at Ottawa, ON Full Time

We are looking for a Service Technician Assistant to join the team at our Ottawa branch in Kanata. The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Service Technician in providing warranty work, installations, minor repairs, and making deliveries to homeowners and jobsites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist service technician in various tasks, such as installing hardware, glass, window screens.

· Support assembly and installation of windows and doors at jobsite

· Making deliveries to homeowners and construction sites

· Loading and unloading customer orders

· Developing strong customer relationships

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Must have valid G driver license

· Minimum of 1 year experience in a construction or manufacturing environment required

· Must have experience using hand and power tools

· Previous experience installing windows and doors is considered an asset

· Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting

· Customer service experience

· Ability to work flexible hours (early starts, occasional overtime)
